At Lytham Earwax, we operate a no wax no fee policy, so you will not be charged if there is no earwax to remove.
We provide an initial ear check to determine whether there is any ear wax to remove and can provide advice and direction should you be experiencing pain or reduced hearing when there is no blockage in your ear.
Should you require ear wax to be removed, we use safe and effective techniques such as manual removal, microsuction, and irrigation.
At the end of your appointment we offer comprehensive aftercare support and advice.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life is busy and plans change. We are happy to rearrange or cancel appointments with sufficient notice, so please give us plenty of notice so we can give offer appointment to somebody else.
We will charge you for late cancellations as follows:
Half your fee if you cancel after your 24-hour email confirmation.
Full fee if you cancel or reschedule on the day of your appointment.
